Project Description: YA Creative Design Partners, Inc. provided comprehensive structural and MEP engineering services for this tenant improvement (TI) project located in Irvine, California. Our team was responsible for the structural engineering design, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with California building codes.
In addition to structural and MEP engineering, we also provided civil engineering services, including grading and drainage design, stormwater management, and the preparation of a Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) in accordance with Orange County and City of Irvine requirements.
